Assisted Stretching and Mobility
Assisted Stretching and Mobility combines passive stretching, guided movement, and gentle traction to help improve flexibility, joint mobility, and overall ease of movement. Unlike stretching on your own, assisted techniques allow you to remain relaxed while your body is carefully moved through comfortable ranges of motion. Each session is adapted to your mobility, comfort level, and treatment goals.
Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) uses smooth, pain-free movements to guide the joints and surrounding connective tissues through multiple angles and movement patterns. Gentle traction, oscillation, and coordinated stretching are used to reduce feelings of restriction, support mobility, and help the body feel more open and less compressed.
Thai massage techniques combine assisted stretches with rhythmic compression, rocking, and guided joint movements. Often described as a form of passive yoga, these techniques allow the therapist to move the body through stretches while you remain supported and relaxed. Together, FST and Thai massage create a flowing approach that can help release tension, improve body awareness, and leave you feeling looser and more mobile.
